Stability is very important to the growing child. Like a plant that thrives on a consistent watering schedule, children blossom and feel safe under routine. Within that routine, however, a child requires a degree of flexibility. Understanding your child's needs at different stages of development not only makes THEM happier, but makes YOUR job easier! For instance, did you know research shows that television is not good for children under 5?
