Many of us, well into adulthood, are operating on unconcious, autopilot reactions to early childhood experiences. In the reality of many of today's youth, negative experiences are shaping self-defeating, and often violent reactions.

The YOUTH REBIRTH SELF MANAGEMENT PROGRAM provides tangible "tools" to help teens and adolescents establish a more developed sense of self: Self-esteem, self-regulation, self-control, and self-efficacy.

Using strategies that meet and exceed State Board of Education Social Emotional Learning Standards, YOUTH REBIRTH offers the opportunity to "rebirth" oneself into a "whole" person with greater mastery over the self.
